Upon checking the event logs I have found these errors /Could not load RDR device driver /The Workstation service terminated with service specific error 2250 (0x8CA) I have done Customers irked by Spectrum cable box requirement... [CharterSpectrum] by hairbawl87316. Once sfc completed I installed “Client for Microsoft Networks” and “File and Print Services” on the network adapter, restored the Virtual Memory to “System Managed” and restarted.
