If you want to offer some constructive advise do so. All parts prices are discounted to get your printer repaired reasonably. it was a magnet that secures the back door had slipped out of place thus the rear door was slightly skewed causing the paper rollers on the door not to feed Select Accept as Solution for posts that have helped to solve your issue(s)! I updated firmware, tried a different paper tray, different logic board/hard drive, opened closed all doors, no broken latches, happens printing from printer or sending a file from computer. The new error that we have now is "replace waste toner cartridge", which we emptied by hand and replaced.
