Xp Error 733

Covered by US Patent. I get to the point where the computer is being registered on the network and then I get an error: TCP/IP CP Reported Error 733: The connection could not be completed

- the xphome incomming connection has vpn enabled and ip enabled to assign ip addresses from dhcp and also let user connect to local network.
